PLAN OF ACTION

We have lost representation in our Government. Many in Congress represent the interests of the lobbyist and the Governing Elite while giving lip service to the people. We are no longer a government of the people, by the people, for the people. Without a documented commitment of action to their constituents, Congressmen get to DC and let themselves become accountable only to the Party Establishment. We must correct this flaw, before we can begin to change the Established Party Elite control in DC.
I want to be accountable to the citizens of the 7th district and not the DC Party Bosses. This is why I pledge to sponsor and co-sponsor legislation focusing on three topics: protect our individual rights, protect our liberties, protect the people and our Nation. I will begin with the following bills:

1. PROTECT INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
Eliminating the BATF Federal Firearms License (FFL) policy prohibiting outside the state purchasing of handguns or rifles from any other state, so we can push back and regain our 2nd Amendment rights we’ve lost to the liberals over the past 35 years. Eliminating BATF Federal Firearms License (FFL) policy against allowing only persons 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns in states, where the legal age to own a handgun is less than 21. This again will begin to push back and regain our 2nd Amendment rights lost to the liberals over the past 35 years

2. PROTECT OUR LIBERTIES
Mandating the IRS show probable cause and obtain a search warrant, before they conduct any personal or business audit, so we force them to comply with our 4th Amendment and push back to regain our liberties. Guaranteeing the rights of members of the clergy and other religious workers, military, government officials and professionals who chose not to engage in ceremonies, events or activities on the basis of their religious beliefs; to be exempt from any criminal or civil prosecution, in compliance with their 1st Amendment.

3. PROTECT THE PEOPLE AND OUR NATION
Nationwide concealed carry reciprocity. Any state having an established concealed carry permit must recognize every other state’s concealed carry permit. This will help citizens protect themselves, their families, and communities against crime and terrorism at the scene of a life threatening attack.
